How do you feel about yourself now that you've had plastic surgeries for your body?
I love the shape I'm in. And I've gotten so many positive comments. Looks from men... comments from women. Women notice.

What did you want to change about yourself that made you consider plastic surgery?
I've taken a few years off from my career to raise my children. Now that they're in middle school, I'm preparing myself for a return to the workplace. I wanted a better shape and overall boost to my appearance. My primary interest was a procedure to tighten my tummy. I had also considered a breast lift or augmentation.

How would you describe your lifestyle?
Wife, mother, fitness oriented, eager to return to work.

What procedures did Dr. Galumbeck suggest to you? Which did he perform?
We both agreed on the tummy tuck. He told me it's the only surgery that can tighten the tummy muscles for long term.

My breasts? Well, I thought he might recomment a breast lift. But he said that I'd get the proportion and fullness that I wanted with implants.

It's true, they've actually improved the position of my nipples, as well as the shape of my breast.

Did you feel that you had options, and a voice in your plastic surgery?
I liked Dr. Galumbeck's immediate, honest reply to my questions about a breast lift. "I could give you a breast lift but it wouldn't give you the results you've described. You wouldn't be happy. You need implants to achieve that result."

What concerns did you have about your surgery?
I had to do a little juggling to fit the surgeries in to school, vacation, and family schedules, but Dr. Galumbeck's patient coordinator made it easy to schedule, and, both procedures could be done in a single surgery date.

Would you do it again?
I love the shape I've got now. It really changes your confidence level for the better.
