How do you feel about yourself now that you've had a Mommy Makeover?
I feel wonderful. They call the Mommy Makeover a way to get your body back, but in my case, I've got the body I never had, but always wanted.



What did you want to change about yourself that made you consider plastic surgery?
Motherhood (2 children) didn't give me breasts. Working out with weights at the gym didn't create breast tissue, either. I wanted better breast shape, and more shape, than nature could provide. Dr. Galumbeck felt that implants would give me the breasts I envisioned, without needing a breast lift.

I asked what he could do to reduce the size and shape of the fat pad at my waist, too. He recommended liposuction of that area.

How did you hear of Galumbeck Plastic Surgery?
I'd seen his show on TV while researching area plastic surgeons. I visited the galumbeck.com site for information, and spoke with the patient coordinator with a few questions. During our conversation, I decided to ask for a consultation with Dr. Galumbeck, and scheduled for a day that suited my schedule. It was easy.



How would you describe your lifestyle?
I'm a mother of two, a wife, and I work full time. Life is busy!

My husband and I discussed the changes I wanted to make. I investigated, and it was very much a joint decision that we both made.

What procedures did Dr. Galumbeck suggest to you? Which did he perform?
He recommended saline breast implants (no lift was needed) and laser liposuction of the abdomen. I was glad that I could have both done at the same time, with just one recovery.



Did you feel that you had options, and a voice in your plastic surgery?
I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, before I came in, but I knew that Dr. Galumbeck might recommend a different course of action. I was fortunate. I am in excellent health, and my body was in good shape, without a lot of scarring or stretch marks. It made everything simple. His surgical prescription was just what I wanted.

What concerns did you have about your surgery?
I really like that Dr. Galumbeck does only cosmetic plastic surgeries. He does a lot of breast implants! The patient coordinator showed me the results for patients like me during my consultation visit. Since I also wanted liposuction, I wanted to work with a liposuction specialist. Dr. Galumbeck includes liposuction in many of his procedures. The patient coordinator had lots of results to show me.

Would you do it again?
I feel so confident and "new." I should have done it sooner!
