Fatty deposits in the upper arms can be effectively removed with ultrasonic liposuction. Through several small incisions, excess fat can be permanently removed, leaving a more youthful appearance. In some instances, excess loose saggy skin of the upper arms may need to be removed in order to restore the appearance of a shapely arm. This can be achieved through an arm lift, or brachioplasty.
