Apply online. With Care Credit, you can apply online. If you don't have Internet access, our patient coordinator will have forms for you. Online application is quick and more confidential.

Approval code is key. Once approved by Care Credit, you should receive an approval code and you can use your credit immediately. Or, you can wait to receive your Care Credit card, usually mailed within 2-3 weeks.
